• 01/15/09 A 17 year old male from Shohola was charged with Defiant Trespass, Disorderly Conduct and Harassment for an incident occurring at the Delaware valley High School.
• 01/16/09 Timmy Presto Jr., 19, of Matamoras was charged with Driving under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough.
